About this project

Elevate Assist takes marketing, CRM management, cold calling, email campaigns and admin off business owners so they can work on the business rather than in it.

The structural challenge was that they serve four audiences with genuinely different needs — real estate agents and wholesalers, credit repair agencies, online coaches, and e-commerce store owners. A single generic services page would have spoken to none of them.

So the site gives each audience its own path, describing the specific work done for that sector: lead generation and nurture for property, automated follow-up and client engagement for credit repair, campaign and CRM management for coaches, and backend operations for e-commerce. One business, four conversations.

Questions

What people ask about projects like this

Because a real estate wholesaler and an online coach are searching for different things and worried about different things. One page trying to speak to both speaks to neither, and it cannot rank for either search. Separate pages let each one be specific, and each can rank independently.

Acknowledgement and follow-up, appointment booking and reminders, CRM record creation, nurture sequences, review requests and reporting. What cannot be automated is judgment — the conversation, the quote and the relationship stay human.

A VA does the tasks; automation removes them. In practice most businesses want both — automation for anything repeatable and predictable, a person for anything needing a decision. The automation makes the person more useful rather than replacing them.
