Who operates this website
Flowzync is a remote website design and business automation studio serving clients worldwide. For questions about this notice or your information, email info@flowzync.com. This notice covers flowzync.com; other websites have their own policies.
Information you choose to send
Our enquiry forms ask for your name, contact details and project information. Some fields, such as your budget, help us understand the scope. If you submit an enquiry through the chat assistant, the conversation is included with the enquiry. Please do not submit passwords, payment card details, identification documents or health information.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to answer you, prepare a proposal, deliver requested services and maintain relevant business records. We also use limited technical information to run the website and prevent spam. Submitting a project enquiry is not an opt-in to an unrelated marketing mailing list.
Hosting, email and enquiry storage
The website is hosted on Vercel. Our enquiry system supports Supabase for storage and configured email providers for notifications. These providers process information to operate the service. If storage or delivery is unavailable, email info@flowzync.com directly. Provider infrastructure may process information outside your country.
Outreach communications
Our private workspace supports business email campaigns and official WhatsApp Business messaging when those services are configured. Campaign records may include a recipient address, message, source or permission record, and sending status. Imported contacts are not automatically sent a message. Email outreach includes an unsubscribe option; WhatsApp recipients can request STOP. We keep a minimal suppression record to avoid contacting people who have opted out. Configured providers may include Resend for email and Meta for WhatsApp; their infrastructure may process messages outside your country. A website enquiry does not authorise unrelated marketing, and we do not use this workspace to discover which arbitrary phone numbers have WhatsApp accounts.
The Zync website assistant
Zync sends recent messages to our server to answer using Flowzync’s published website information. Depending on configuration, those messages may be processed by Groq, Google Gemini or Anthropic to prepare a short reply. Guided website answers remain available without a provider. Messages stay in the current page session unless you submit an enquiry, when the conversation is included for our team. AI can make mistakes; confirm project scope, prices and commitments with the team. Please avoid sensitive details.
Website analytics and external resources
We use Ahrefs Web Analytics to understand aggregate website use, including pages viewed, referral sources and broad device information. Ahrefs describes this product as using no cookies or persistent identifiers and not storing IP addresses with analytics data. It is not a promise that no personal information is ever processed by any provider. Some images are delivered by Unsplash and fonts by Google Fonts; loading those resources sends a technical request to their servers.
Cookies and advertising
Our public website does not currently load Google AdSense ad code or advertising cookies. Essential administration features may use an authentication cookie. If Google advertising is introduced, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies based on previous visits to this and other websites. Google and its partners may use advertising cookies for personalised ads where permitted. You can manage personalised advertising through Google Ads Settings and participating networks through aboutads.info. Advertising consent and vendor disclosures must be activated before relevant ads are served.
Retention and your choices
We keep enquiry and client information for the purpose for which it was collected and any applicable record-keeping requirements. For access, correction, deletion, an objection or a question about a particular record, email info@flowzync.com. We will assess the request and explain any information we must retain. This website does not promise an automatic deletion schedule that has not been implemented.
Security, children and changes
We restrict administration access and use HTTPS, but no website can promise absolute security. Our services are for businesses, and we do not intentionally request information from children. We update this notice when the website or its data practices change. The date below identifies the current notice.
