NF Living connects property businesses with a vetted network of contractors and suppliers — a two-sided platform where both audiences have to be served without either feeling like an afterthought.
Marketplaces are structurally awkward on the web because the two sides want opposite things. Property businesses want assurance about vetting and reliability; contractors want to know what work is available and how they qualify. A single homepage trying to address both usually persuades neither.
The site gives each side its own entry path and its own language, with the vetting process — the thing that makes the network worth joining from either direction — given real prominence rather than a passing mention.
